As professionals who work within the yacht industry, Superyacht References understands that interviewing crew for a role aboard your vessel is just the tip of the iceberg. To help safeguard your decision to hire a candidate, we verify Professional Licensing before crew candidates join your yacht. This way, you are safe in the knowledge that your newly appointed crewmember has undergone the relevant shore-based training and has received the applicable qualification/s from an approved issuing authority or examining body, pertinent to the role on the yacht where you are placing them.

Where possible in the recruitment process, we also authenticate all of our candidate’s National ID documentation, giving you an added level of confidence and trust in who you are placing within your team and on board the yacht.
Please note that in certain circumstances and for certain countries, we may be unable to confirm the authenticity of a crew member’s National Identity Document. You will be notified in the Candidate Reference Report whether their documents have been authenticated or not.
